Is this a shared open space or private rooms?
We are a private-room coworking space, not an open-desk model. Members get access to individual offices that can be reserved in advance or used on a drop-in basis.
Can I bring guests or clients with me?
Yes—but only if you’re an active member. For security purposes, non-members are not allowed in the building unless accompanied by a verified member.
Can I use the space after typical business hours or on weekends?
Absolutely. Members enjoy 24/7 access with a personalized coded entry. Come in early, stay late, or work weekends—it’s your schedule, your business.
Do I have to book a room every time I come in?
Not necessarily. You can reserve specific rooms in advance for guaranteed availability, but you’re also welcome to drop in and use any unbooked room during your visit.
Do you offer long-term rentals or recurring bookings?
Yes! Many of our members set recurring weekly reservations or book workshop and conference space long-term for convenience.

Is the Conference Room in the same space as other offices?
The conference room and reception area is located in an adjacent suite of the building. It is still part of The Business Zone, but gives more privacy for large business gatherings.
